Not much info Petite Noir (also known as Popskarr) but an EP is set to be released soon. Thanks in part to this amazing video, the song is actually growing on me. It’s a blend of nu wave meets afrobeat meets what ever else these kids on Sunset Blvd. are listening to. Good stuff!
