Two of my all time favorite songs from Serge Gainsbourg. Gainsbourg invoked soul and emotion into a timeless sound. Somehow he began his career in the traditional French Chanson genre of music and towards the end of his career ended up hanging in Jamaica making reggae tracks. I can dig it.
