It was amazing! Incredible! So many friends and fam came out and helped us in wrapping Chinatown’s Summer Night Series.  I planned on taking it easy during the first hour then going super hard during the second but ended up getting an early crowd and keeping the energy going till the end of my set.  Big love to George and Shan of Chinatown, 1st District Council Member,  The Honorable Ed P. Reyes, the KCRW Events Dept and all the wonderful businesses that exist in the plaza!  Most importantly each and every person who came out and celebrated with us!  It’s been an amazing series!  Big up’s to Valida, Jason Bentley, Jeremy Sole, Aaron Byrd and KG Superstar for hosting!

It’s our final Summer Time Chinatown Jump Off! Our previous parties w/ Jason Bentley, Valida and Jeremy Sole have been so much fun. Tonight I’ll be joined by Aaron Byrd of KCRW and KG Superstar hosts and toasts all night long!  My set kicks off at 7 pm sharp till the dragon dancers come out and get down! Yes!! Dragon dancers!  Tons of street vendors, food trucks, open shops in the area and live bands! I know Buyepongo is in the house playing around 7 as well. Double win!  I’ll be bringing my camera so make sure to wear your freshest gear!

Afterwards I’m bringing the party w/ me to my new Saturday residency at Sayers off Hollywood and Wilcox. Enter through the secret door inside Papaya King! We have Capital Cities and Davis Fetter in the house.  Hope to see you tonight LA!  Doors open at 10 pm!!
