These were taken around LA, The Sayers Club in Hollywood and recently Tokyo on the iPhone 7 Plus. Hope you dig.

THE SAYERS CLUB | SATURDAY NIGHTS
Looking back Saturdays have been super wild. In way’s I’m not sure Im at liberty to share. It’s an experience. You just have to be there to see for yourself. You know your holding down the right fort when the head honcho comes up to you and requests MC Breed, Janet Jackson or Xzibit. Hope to see you at The Sayers Club!
RANDOM SNAPSHOTS
After djing at Cana Rum Bar last night I had this urge to take some snapshots. The night felt right and I had this new Blood Orange cd on repeat. I wish I had brought my camera but instead settled for these I phone snapshots. Hope you dig.

SATURDAY NIGHT RECAP
Sayers was super super cracking last night! Met some new folks, hung with some old ones. Big love to Apl De Ap for swinging through and getting his fist pumping on. At one point I thought the stage was going to collapse. It was absolute bonkers. Hope to see you next Saturday night!
CHERRYPOPPIN’ RECAP
A big Happy Birthday to KG Superstar! Right after my set at Pattern Bar I headed over to The Room in Hollywood and held down a set alongside Dj’s B-hen and Tendaji Lathan who threw down some mean sets! It’s been a year or so since I dropped a set so I wasnt sure wether to go deep soul or dancefloor madness. But I managed to slip in some Roots, The Time, 5 Minutes of Funk, Crooklyn Dodgers which got the crowd up in a frenzy! It was good to see Loslito, Monica Payne, Meech and the fam all up under one roof. And especially some of our regulars who have followed KG and I all across our residencies. It was a true family affair!
VALA DE MAYO WEEKEND RECAP
What a weekend! LATIDO at Cana! First Fridays at the Natural History Museum! The Goods at Zanzibar! Sayers! Whooop! Here is a photo recap of what went down. One of the wonderful things I love about deejaying is playing to different crowds and venues. Something new every time. Hope to see you next weekend!
72 HOURS ACROSS LA
It’s hard for me to put the camera down. If you follow my blog you might see that. From my work to travels, simple drives across town to just random roaming, I love bringing my Nikon. The past 72 hours have been an example of that. From walking my dog along the boardwalk, Saturday night’s madness at Sayers and a Sunday night adventure in Echo Park. Its all captured below. Hope you dig!

SAYERS | 5 JAN 2013
Saturday nights at Sayers is where folks either end up in the air, thrashing into the drum kit, hanging from some elevated place, on the dance floor, head bobbing on the couch or on the deck. Last night we managed to witness 2 out of the previously mentioned. Derek Taylor and I raged through the soundsystem last night inside one of LA’s mysterious and fun spots hidden on the corner of Hollywood and Wilcox. Watching folks faces the second they step into this home of musical wizardry is priceless! I had a lot of fun!

SAYERS RECAP | HALLOWEEN NIGHT
Sayers knows how to throw a Halloween party! It was madness inside and outside of the venue all night long! It was great to see friends and new friends while playing records and getting the party going! I mean REALLY GOING!! On of my highlights was blending the Michael Myers “Halloween” theme song into Madness’s Ghost Town then perfectly blending into Kanye’s “Mercy”! Huge roar! Thanks to all who came out! Back at Sayers next Saturday!
TONIGHT | SESSIONS AT SAYERS
Last week was super fun w/ Yael on the drum kit. This week we welcome back Derek Taylor for another incredible dj x drum kit session at Sayers in Hollywood. This is truly one of the most magical places in LA. I’ll be on the turntables all night. DT joins me around midnight. Break out your dancing shoes and get your freak on with us! Hope to see you tonight!
