If you have listen to my most recent radio shows on KCRW then chances are you heard Mala’s new material forthcoming on Brownswood in October.  Mala travels to Cuba and records, samples and produces music there for some time then sequences all the material with a bit of signature style of electronic dance patterns.  This video really caught my eye.  It’s great to see the locals really get into Mala’s dj set.  Cant wait to hear the rest of this project! In the mean time make sure to keep it tuned to KCRW Monday nights for more Mala!
