This weekend’s sets feature the musical growth of Mr. Carmack on his latest album, Viista plus amazing edits courtesy of King Most, Jon Reyes and Tall Black’s usage of a One Way sample to kick off the sets still blows me away. On Saturday, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of Q Tip’s Amplified album + some under the radar artists you should be hip to including Daniela Andrade, Bryony Jarman-Pinto, Remi Wolf and more. Oh! New Busta Feat. Q tip with Lil Wayne and Kanye doing I’m not exactly sure what but possibly being hype men? Video is eh but the song is dope! Love it!  Great cut with the Alicia Myers flip. Busta and Q Tip demonstrate why they have the most amazing and unique cadences in Hip Hop history.  It’s not often you get a hip hop track that makes you two step but this one goes pretty well in my dj sets.
